HGTR-KTP
KTiOPO4 (KTP) crystal grown by hydrothermal method is a type of nonlinear optical crystal with excellent performance. It has a large nonlinear coefficient, a wide range of allowable temperature and angle matching, high resistance to gray marks and light damage threshold, stable chemical and mechanical properties, and can be used for laser frequency doubling, sum frequency, difference frequency, parametric oscillation, optical waveguide devices, electro-optic modulators, etc. It is widely used in military research, medical, marine optics, laser weapons, and environmental remote sensing monitoring fields. It has the following characteristics:
① High resistance to laser damage, high resistance to gray marks, high optical quality
② SHG phase matching angle (1064-532nm): 23.4 ° (25 ℃)
③ Conductivity: on the order of 10-10/Ω· cm;
④ Domain structure: single domain
